150g dried apricots
150g macadamia nuts
100g butter, roughly chopped
150g rolled oats
40g sesame seeds
40g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
100g dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Place apricots and macadamias into TM bowl, chop for 3 seconds, speed 8. Set aside.
- Without cleaning bowl add honey and butter, heat for 2 minutes, 50∞C, speed 2.
- Add oats, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips and chopped apricots and macadamias. Mix for 1 minute, reverse speed 3.
- Divide the mixture evenly between 12 silicone bar moulds. Use wet hands to press the mixture down firmly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool completely before removing from moulds.
