Which of our Thermomix cooking classes is right for you?
Our final series of Thermomix cooking classes for 2016 is coming up soon, so if you want to learn delicious new recipes along with plenty of great Thermomix tips and tricks, get booking! Not sure which class is right for you? Keep reading to find out!
The gluten-free cook – Our pick is our Paleo and Healthy Desserts and Snacks classes. Both are full of moreish recipes without any gluten, with our savoury paleo bread, fibre-rich seed rolls and sweet banana bread really impressing those looking for gluten-free baking.
The dairy-free thermomixer – We recommend our Korean, Vietnamese, Paleo and Healthy Desserts and Snacks classes, all delicious without the dairy! Our chocolate cake and chocolate mousse from the Healthy Desserts and Snacks class are particularly impressive dairy-free delicacies.
The gourmet vegetarian – Our Vegetarian class, of course! However our Healthy Desserts and Snacks, Bread, Bread Baking in Tins, Christmas Puddings and Desserts classes are also all meat-free. Our meatless bolognaise sauce from the Vegetarian class will have everyone (including the carnivores!) coming back for seconds. For vegans we also recommend the Vegetarian class, however the pastizzis taught are not vegan.
The TM novice – We’ve made a special class, just for you! Our Newbie class will have you mastering the machine in no time, covering all the main Thermomix features. You’ll never cook conventionally again! We also recommend our Champagne Breakfast class to TM beginners as it also covers all the main functions, with applications both for entertaining and quick weekday cooking. Don't know what to do with your Varoma? We've got plenty of creative steaming recipes in our dedicated Varoma class.
The TM wiz – Even if you are mastering your machine, we promise we’ve still got some recipes to wow you! Our picks for the Thermomix wiz are our Yum Cha and Varoma classes. Our ‘roast’ beef and potatoes from the Varoma class are a showstopper, no oven required!
The hostess with the mostess – For anyone with a penchant for a party, we recommend our Christmas class for fine dining recipes (all year round!), and our Champange Breakfast class for finger food and portable delicacies. Try our Indian class for a real feast. And for the sweet tooth among us, our Desserts class will also have you impressing the masses in no time.
The minimal cook – Need to feed a family with the least time and effort possible? We hear you! Try our Newbie or Indian class. While the Indian recipes all put together create an impressive banquet, individually they are simple family fare.
The adventurous cook – For those wanting to take their Thermomix game to the next level, we suggest our Bread class filled with heavenly baked goods and our Korean class for an authentic experience of an unexplored cuisine.
The freshness finder – We all love the indulgent delicacies you can make in the Thermomix, but if you are looking for fresh and light recipes to introduce into your weekly repertoire try our Vietnamese, Vegetarian, Korean, Paleo and Varoma classes, all filled with new and exciting ways to cook vegetables.
The bread baker – If you love the smell of freshly baked bread as much as we do, come along to our Bread and Bread Baking in Tins classes. We recommend you attend the Bread class first, however not essential. Our Newbie and Champagne Breakfast classes also include a bread recipe each, and are a great introduction to the magical world of dough.
