Scoopable Mango Sorbet in the Thermomix

Scoopable Mango Sorbet in the Thermomix

Just like you get in the punnet from the supermarket! I absolutely adore homemade sorbets done in the thermo cooker, but the problem is you always have to emulsify or re-emulsify right before serving, which is sometimes a pain. This recipe stays smooth and scoopable straight out of the freezer for months, meaning you can scoop out a delicious spoonful whenever you like. I’ve been experimenting with this formula for years to get the perfect texture, and finally I’ve got it just right.
