The team at alyce alexandra cookbooks believe that all people - especially children - have the right to healthy food, safety and happiness. That is why alyce alexandra cookbooks will donate $2 from every copy of Quick Fix: Every Occasion sold on our website to The Centre for the Protection of Children’s Rights Foundation (CPCR) in Bangkok.
CPCR is a Thai non-government organisation that works to prevent all forms of abuse, exploitation and neglect of children in Thailand. Through their programs and child shelters, CPCR provides child victims with a safe place to sleep, eat, learn and play, and provides them with physical and mental support and treatment. CPCR also runs projects through schools in Thailand that encourage societal change to create safe and happy environments for all children.
The alyce alexandra team was privileged to visit CPCR in 2013 and to see their amazing work firsthand. Our team was inspired by CPCR’s passion and commitment and we are honoured to be contributing to their work.

Here at alyce alexandra cookbooks we are committed to assisting in the global fight against hunger, which is why we are donating $2 from every cookbook sold online to The Hunger Project. While we all enjoy our cooking, millions of people around the world are literally starving to death.
The Hunger Project breaks the cycle of poverty, hunger and dependence by empowering people in areas such as Africa, India, Bangladesh and Latin America to become self-reliant in their own communities. Their approach ensures that women especially have a voice, and are given important roles, where they work as equals to men to determine community priorities. From here they develop skills and build facilities to transform their lives for generations to come.

Here at alyce alexandra cookbooks we believe in helping to give vulnerable children a chance at a better life, which is why we are donating $1 from every cookbook sold online to VOICE, an organisation that works with street children in Cambodia. While we are all enjoying our cooking, VOICE is providing meals to hundreds of children in Cambodia so that they no longer have to work long hours on the streets just to earn enough money to eat. VOICE also ensures these children have food, shelter, clothes, first aid, safety and access to education. Through working with their families VOICE hopes to find long term solutions to keeping these children off the streets permanently.
VOICE aims to ensure that marginalised and disempowered men, women and children have a voice in improving their own lives. VOICE believes that with the right tools and support, everybody has the potential to change their own lives for the better.
