Our Thermomix Plum Puddings Cooking Class
Our Thermomix Plum Puddings class will get the smell of Christmas in the air! Cause for us, that smell is the delicious combination of marinated dried fruits and spices that come from Christmas puddings. And we’ll teach you how to get that smell wafting through your household too, quickly and easily, with the help of your Thermomix.
This will be a very special class, in which you will learn a variety of ways to cook a beautiful Christmas pudding that the whole family will love. We will work through the variety of ways that a fabulous festive pudding can be made and that will guarantee a gorgeous outcome every time. We’ll start with the traditional method, the way grandma did it (with a twist): prepared in the TM, boiled on the stove, served with skin on, and flamed perfectly on the table. Then we’ll explore quicker and simpler ways of cooking in the Thermomix, by steaming our puddings, wrapping them in cloth or creating beautiful individual sized portions in our dariole moulds. Each option will bring about a unique and utterly delicious pudding that will be added to your collection of hand-me-down recipes for years to come.
After this 2-hour class, you will never need to pay exorbitant prices for a perfect Christmas pudding again (or you can give finally give Grandma a rest). You will go home having developed advanced Thermomix skills that will enable you to make this tricky tradition come to life at home. Additionally, you will learn how to:

Some recipes will be from alyce alexandra’s cookbooks, while others will be exclusive recipes to the classes.
Presenting this class is Janene Babauskis, a well-respected and long-standing member of the Thermomix community. Janene was Victoria’s first Thermomix Branch Manager and worked with the company for eight years. She now focuses solely on running independent specialist Thermomix cooking classes with the AA team, where she shares her years of experience and wisdom, helping you to make the most of this amazing machine.
