Remember those Barney Banana ice creams from Peters? I must admit that while my taste has since developed, as a kid I loved them! These are my homemade take on that milk bar classic, sans any artificial ingredients. Personally, I think mine are much better! You can use any ice cream moulds for this, but our pick is of course our silicone ice cream moulds – your pops simply peel out once frozen with the sticks held perfectly in position! Check them out here.
