thermomix frozen Espresso martini
It’s Friday, it’s hot, it’s silly season - I couldn’t think of a better recipe to celebrate! This frozen cocktail is creamy and delicious, and, believe it or not, it’s only THREE INGREDIENTS (and none of them are dairy!). You’ll be impressed – I promise!
+ gluten free
+ dairy free
+ soy free
+ egg free
440g brewed espresso coffee
240g coffee liquor
Place all ingredients in a shallow container and freeze.
Once frozen, transfer mixture to TC bowl. It will not freeze hard so you might be able to spoon it in. Mix for 30 seconds, speed 6.
Divide between four martini glasses, garnish with a couple of coffee beans and serve immediately.
