Move over hot chocolate, there’s a new drink in town!
+ gluten free
100g pouring cream
40g golden syrup
30g brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon (or other ground spice)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in TM bowl, heat for 8 minutes, 80°C, speed 3.
Froth for 30 seconds by slowly increasing to speed 9, MC tilted to allow steam to escape.
Note: For a decadent winter cocktail, add butterscotch schnapps in at step 2.
