Our Springform Pan fits perfectly in your Thermomix Varoma steaming tray, meaning you can easily and effortless steam a cake or pudding to moist perfection! No chance of burning or drying out, just even, reliable results every time. Our 2-in-1 design means with one springform ring you’ve got two cake pans - a classic round tin and also a fancy bundt! Just change the base plate over, and you’ve got a whole new tin (both which fit in the Varoma tray!). Once your cake is cooked it’s a dream to remove from the tin, thanks to both the springform quick-realise sides, AND the non-stick coating on the inside.

Use it to make a classic sticky date pudding, steamed chocolate cake and best-ever cheesecake (I’ve got plenty of batter recipes!). This tin can also be used as a classic cake tin for baking in the oven, making it an incredibly versatile piece for your kitchen.

You will need to cover the top of your cake when steaming to prevent condensation dripping in. You can use cling film or foil, but we highly recommend our Steaming Mat which can be place upside down on top of your tin as the perfect lid :)
