This is an absolute game-changer for Thermomix cooking, as texture is everything and the machine on it’s own just doesn’t nail it… until now. Our Cutter & Slicer comes with two cutting disks which can be used on both sides, giving you four options - fine slices, fine grating, coarse slicing and coarse grating. You can even attach our Thermo Spiraliser (sold separately, coming soon) on top for perfect vegetable ribbons for homemade crisps and super-healthy zoodles (zucchini noodles).

how it works:

The Thermo Cutter & Slicer is placed on the mixing bowl lid and uses the mixing knife to drive the slicing disc. Thanks to the powerful Thermomix motor, the otherwise sweaty slicing process is accomplished in seconds. Simply start the Thermomix on speed 2.5 reverse and start slicing vegetables. Full instructions are provided in the box. Do not use the product with the vegetable slicer mode on your TM6.
