This bread has the most amazing crusty crust and soft fluffy middle – I am so in love! I’ve been baking these rolls for years and always receive so many compliments, but it was only recently when Ellen was pestering me for the recipe that I realised I had never written it down! Instead I simply rely on ingredient proportions and hydration percentages, so this really is my secret formula. I hope it becomes your go-to formula also!
