We ship within Australia and New Zealand only - sorry to all those internationally who are interested in our products! You can shop our digital products worldwide here.

Here at alyce alexandra, we take our shipping SERIOUSLY. Seriously! Once you’ve placed your order, we know that you are going to want your goodies ASAP. You're excited! And we are too. Which is why once your order is processed we will lovingly pick and pack your order within 24 hours at our South Melbourne warehouse. While this is happening, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to be first scanned and live information to start flowing into it.

There are a couple of exceptions - SCOBYS are usually shipped Mondays, if products are out of stock but soon to arrive we will hold the order for a couple of days and during our New Year break we are slower to dispatch (click here to find out more about christmas shipping).

Unfortunately, we can't offer express shipping. We are really sorry if this is an inconvenience for you - all we want is to make you happy!
