Christmas Trading 2024

We are thrilled you're shopping with us this festive season - thank you! We fully appreciate the seriousness of speedy delivery around this time of year, and make it our mission to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to receive your order before Christmas day, ensure to order before the cut-off dates outlined below.  

Our office and warehouse are in full operation right up until (and including) Monday 23rd of December. All orders placed before 1pm on the 23rd will be shipped before Christmas. 

We will be closed Tuesday 24th December, reopening Monday 6th January. All orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the 6th - we promise our products are worth the wait! You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Our customer service elves (my family!) will also be enjoying some much-needed time off, but we will endeavor to respond to customer emails within a few days. Social media messages will not be responded to during this time - if it's important please email :)

To make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, and no later than the cut-off dates below. We'll do our very best to dispatch orders placed after these dates quickly, but they may arrive after Christmas.

Once your order is on its way with our delivery partners, the timing is in their hands, so while we'll keep things moving on our end, we can’t 100% guarantee arrival dates.

The below dates are based on metro delivery. If you’re in a rural area, plan to order a few days earlier to ensure on-time arrival.  

NSW recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 19th December 

ACT recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 19th December 

VIC recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 19th December 

QLD recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 19th December 

SA recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 19th December 

TAS recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 19th December 

WA recipients: Please order before 1pm Monday 16th December 

NT recipients: Please order before 1pm Thursday 12th December
