the three-year story

Our flavour blends sold out three years ago. They've been gone ever since, not because we didn't want to keep selling them, but because we couldn't find anyone who could make them at commercial scale the way they're made at home. Every meeting ended the same way: to do it at scale, we'd need to add ingredients we weren't willing to add (MSG, synthetic anti-caking agents, free-flowing additives, cheaper substitutes).

So Alyce and her mum hired a commercial kitchen and started hand-making small batches themselves. Same recipe. Same ingredients. Same care. Just more of it.

The world is better with these in it. We're so glad to finally have them back in your kitchens.

We make our flavour blends using all organic ingredients. It costs significantly more, but it's the right thing by you and your family's health, by the farmers, by the waterways, by the bees. We sincerely think you'll LOVE it.
