My grown-up take on simple berries and cream, this dessert can be made entirely in advance and served straight from the fridge – the perfect way to end a long evening. I love the whipped mascarpone cream, but if you prefer an airier dessert leave it out and double the cream. The gelatine gives the berry mixture a little bit of stability, making it easy to achieve height and texture when assembling.
