Maple Cream Cheese Frosting in the Thermomix

My go-to icing, because it’s just so easy! And of course, so delicious . . . you’ll find me licking it of the spatula! By using maple syrup we are attaining a beautiful caramel sweetness without any refined sugar. And because we’ve kept the flavour mellow, this icing pairs really well with almost any baked good – my favourite would be the carrot cake on page 207.
