Care: dishwasher safe, or rinse in the sink. Store flat or rolled, do not fold. Do not cut on your liner or use sharp implements; remove the liner before slicing cakes.

Do I need to cut or prepare the liner?

No, the liner is ready to use straight away. Just push it into the correct size cake tin and you are good to go.

What size tin does this fit?

This liner is designed for a 20cm round cake tin.

Do I need to grease it?

No, the liner is naturally non-stick so no greasing is needed. Just occasionally, for something very delicate, we brush it with a neutral-tasting oil first.

What is it made of, and is it safe?

The liner is 100% food-grade PTFE (Teflon), which is inert and non-toxic and approved for food use by authorities including FSANZ, the US FDA and EFSA.

Can I use it in an air fryer?

Yes, as long as it stays under 200°C, is not touching the heating element or exposed metal, and does not block the airflow. Never preheat the air fryer empty with the liner inside.
