Potato Gnocchi in the Thermomix

This recipe is not my usual quick-fix meal, but boy is it worth the extra effort! The soft, pillowy gnocchi is the stuff of food dreams. Everyone will be so impressed you made it yourself from scratch, it might just become your entertaining go-to (it’s one of mine!). I promise it’s not as difficult as you might think, especially with the thermo doing the brunt of the technical stuff.

Serves 6

+ vegetarian

Ingredients

Red potatoes, peeled and quartered
Plain flour, plus extra for rolling
Free-range eggs
Fine salt
Water
