Tea is symbolic of bringing people together and this deliciously fragrant drink with a hint of sweetness does just that – as everyone will be wanting a glass! It’s actually such an easy recipe, but will really add a special touch next time someone comes to visit. It also makes a great digestif, or after-dinner drink, as the spices are soothing while the honey gives that little bit of sweetness I’m often craving after a meal. Traditionally this is served in tea glasses with a sweet something on the side – perhaps dates, raisins or even a little pastry.
