Spiced Cauliflower in the Thermomix | Recipe

I love the pops of flavour in this dish – the sweetness from the sultanas and the spice from the whole roasted seeds (of course, you can use ground spices if that’s what you have in your pantry). For an easy weeknight meal, stir spiced cauliflower through coconut rice (see page 145) or plain basmati.

Curry powder
