My dear friend and curry connoisseur Claudette D’Cruz from No Worries Curries inspired this recipe – she often brings in delicious Indian dishes for us to try in the cooking school. This rice is so incredibly fragrant it will have your mouth watering, and the taste certainly won’t disappoint. While this recipe has been designed to accompany a curry, after a long day it is really satisfying as a meal on its own eaten on the couch.
