You asked, I finally delivered, and now I’m left wondering, why on earth did I not do a seed loaf earlier?! It’s just as easy as a regular bread loaf but the seeds add so much value – in flavour, texture and nutrition. This bread is a spin-off of my famous Lazy Breakfast Loaf (page 16, Everyday Thermo Cooking) and my Foolproof Olive Bread (page 205, Thermo Cooker Fresh Favourites), so if you like this one and you understand the principle, then you’ll love those too. The only real trick here is getting the proving time right, other than that it’s so simple you don’t even ‘knead’ to touch the dough!
