Such a pretty layered dessert – I just love the passionfruit jelly top! We’ve made this slice extra wholesome with lots of high-fibre ingredients and minimal processed sugar. While the individual steps don’t take too long, there is a few hours’ refrigeration required for both the cream and jelly layer to set so make sure you get started with plenty of time before wanting to serve. On the plus side, it’s a great dessert to make up to five days in advance.
