why we ♥ it:

We’ve been using these Neoflam roasters for more than seven years, and we just couldn’t love them more! The large red one might just be our favourite piece of cookware. The non-stick coating is an absolute dream to cook on, the roasters are lightweight and easy to handle AND best of all, the natural non-stick coating is ceramic-based, chemical free and environmentally friendly - no PTFE! We’ve avoided non-stick cookware in the past as they often contain PTFE and other problematic chemicals (for our health, and that of the environment!)… but now we can rest easy with the Neoflam Ecolon coating. And while a lot of other ‘healthy’ cookware avoids some of the nasties of non-stick, they often don’t avoid them all like Neoflam products do.

The technology in Neoflam cookware also enhances heat distribution and enables you to cook effectively and efficiently at a lower heat, reducing your energy bills and your carbon footprint, all while keeping your meat and vegies super moist and full of nutrients. It really does give depth of meaning to the term ‘healthy cookware’. Plus, they’re super easy to clean, and they can happily go from the stove to the oven - no problems!

As the Neoflam Ecolon Natural Non-Stick coating is made out of natural elements like sand and stone and is 100% free of any harmful chemicals and heavy metals, the cookware, even if scratched, will not harm you, your family or the environment. Unlike traditional PTFE based non-stick cookware which can release toxic fumes if damaged and even before, you can rest assured knowing that your Neoflam will always provide a clean and healthy cooking environment.

Every kitchen needs a roasting tray. The large one is definitely our favourite - it’s strategically-placed handles ensure despite it’s extra-large size it can still fit in a standard 60cm oven. We use it for everything from our famous roast potatoes to our pizza scrolls! However if you’re usually cooking for 1 - 2 people the smaller sizes will do the trick (or get two and have them side by side in the oven for more control over your cooking!). The small size is also excellent for baking a slice, cake or frittata. And because of the superior non-stick coating, there’s never a need to line your roasters with baking paper or baking mats! Just throw all your ingredients straight in.

CARE INFORMATION: Neoflam products also resist wear and corrosion and are scratch-resistant, so treat them well and they’ll last a lifetime, but be sure to not overheat them! Using them on too high a heat will reduce their lifespan. Unlike other pans, they are so effective that they don’t need to be used on a high heat – medium to low heat will do the job perfectly (no hotter!). Despite being impressively non-stick (and Teflon free!), we still recommend using (at minimum) a small amount of oil when cooking in your Neoflam cookware. We also recommend using only silicone utensils in your neoflam, like our silicone spatulas. To help remove any residue (which can affect the performance of non-stick properties) that is not seen by the visible eye, use white vinegar and hot water to help remove the small particles on the ceramic surface.
