Chicken City · Berries and Chickens
One room, four chickens, and a lot of berries. Originally posted in 2021.
I have posted quite often on my chicken coop and veggie garden integration, 'Chicken City', but I totally get that for most people this kind of set up is beyond what is possible due to space, time and expense. So in this video I have done a deep dive into one single room of my bigger set up, in which I permanently keep four chickens separated from my main flock.
I think this set up is a really great example of integrated chicken care and food growing on a much smaller scale that will be accessible to many more people. I cover off on the plants in this chicken run, but also the care, housing, food and water requirements. I hope some of you find it useful.
