Clean Green Smoothie in the Thermomix

Clean Green Smoothie in the Thermomix | Recipe

Green smoothies are the backbone of my kitchen – I am always whipping up a quick concoction to drink on the go, whether it be for breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, or occasionally dinner! I love the convenience and also the health benefits, but most of all I love the fact that I can throw in any old scraps of fruit and vegetable and that these won’t be wasted. I never actively shop for my smoothie ingredients, rather I raid the fridge and the freezer. That’s why instead of offering another green smoothie recipe, I’ve written my ‘green smoothie guide’. This is the formula I use to make a delicious green smoothie every time, no matter what I have on hand. In my opinion, thermo cookers make the smoothest and creamiest green drinks, but there is definitely an art to it beyond throwing in all the ingredients!
