This cocktail is a warm-weather favourite – cold and icy with a fresh zing of lime and passionfruit. The thermo cooker makes powdering ice a piece of cake, meaning the whole thing is ready in next to no time. The frozen lime definitely gives a thick and icy texture, but in a pinch simply use fresh lime juice – it will still taste amazing, but might be a little more ‘passionfruit margarita’ and a little less ‘frozen’. We all had a little too much fun testing this recipe on photoshoot days!
