My team cannot get enough of these moreish ‘sausage’ rolls! The mushrooms are so meaty and flavoursome, no one’s missing the mince. We love these for a casual dinner paired with a delicious chilli chutney (page 139) and side salad, but they also make great finger food when entertaining. Let’s be honest, anything wrapped in pastry is a crowd pleaser!
