A slow cooker with a timer is great for this one so it’s ready and on the keep warm function when you wake up, but really it’s just as good cooked on the weekend and served up cold throughout the week. Of course, you can use any variety of berries for this recipe – I just love the pretty pink hue the raspberries offer.
