Thermomix Carnation Green Tea Cocktail Recipe

Thermomix Carnation Green Tea Cocktail Recipe

Did you know carnation flowers are actually edible!? They have a sweet flavour and clove-like scent. They’re also perennial meaning once you plant them you’ll have them forever (with a bit of care of course!). Separate petals and add to salads, ice drinks and cocktails. These pretty blooms add beautiful colour and flavour to a wide range of dishes… here we’re using them to make this beautifully rose-hued cocktail. Perfect the next time you’re entertaining! Enjoy xo
