ways to use it

The smoky, savoury, seriously more-ish sprinkle for anything that deserves a little bacon magic. Roast potatoes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs and avo toast. Pasta, soups, mash and mac and cheese. Burgers, baked beans, Brussels sprouts and brunch. Sprinkle it over as you serve, or stir it through as you cook: it brings that Sunday-morning-fry-up flavour to everything it touches (no frying pan required).

how it's made

Our flavour blends are hand-made by Alyce and her mum in a commercial kitchen, in small batches: the same recipes and the same care as at home, just more of it. No-Bacon Bacon is one of the newest flavours to join the family, slowly dried at low temperature to keep every bit of that smoky depth, with no nitrates and none of the nasties.

a note on organic ingredients

Where we can, we choose organic, and many of the ingredients in No-Bacon Bacon are: the coconut sugar, tamari and sweet paprika are all certified organic, chosen because it's the right thing by your family's health, the farmers, the waterways and the bees. A few of the other ingredients aren't organic, so unlike our fully organic blends No-Bacon Bacon isn't an entirely organic product, but it's made with the same care and the same no-nasties promise as everything we make.

What can I use it on?

Anywhere you'd want that smoky, savoury, more-ish bacon hit. It's brilliant on roast potatoes, fried or scrambled eggs and avo toast, stirred through pasta, soups and mash, and scattered over burgers, baked beans and roast veg.

Is it really vegan?

Yes, completely plant-based: all the smoky, salty, savoury flavour of bacon with no pig in sight. Vegan, because we adore pigs.

Is it organic?

Many of the ingredients are certified organic (the coconut sugar, tamari and sweet paprika), but a few aren't, so unlike our fully organic blends No-Bacon Bacon isn't an entirely organic product. It's made with the same care and the same no-nasties promise as everything we make.

Does it contain MSG?

No. We never use MSG in any of our products, including this blend. Just real ingredients, the same as you'd have in your pantry at home.
