★★★★★

“Best money I’ve spent since getting my TM6, I’m so happy that there’s finally a Pasta Maker. I love it!! Makes it so much easier than the manual cranking pasta maker. I made my first lot of fettuccine today and it was so easy and cooked in five minutes. Thank you Alyce Alexandra. Highly Recommended.”

your questions, answered

What’s included?

The set includes three stainless steel rollers: a lasagne sheet roller, a fettuccine cutter and a spaghetti cutter.

How does it work?

The Pasta Roller attaches to the WunderCentix Axis in your bowl and runs on reverse speed 3 to roll and cut your dough. Letting the Thermomix motor drive the rollers saves you the time and effort of a manual setup: no clamping to the bench and no hand cranking, so fresh pasta comes together in a fraction of the time.

Do I need anything else to use it?

Yes, it is an attachment for the WunderCentix Axis, so it needs the WunderCentix to work. The Axis is sold separately; on its own the roller is like a set of wheels without a car.

Which machines does it fit?

The Pasta Roller & Cutter fits the Thermomix TM6 and TM5.
