how to get the best results:

• Freeze in small portions: fruit, yoghurt or a blended mix (dairy or non-dairy) in ice cube trays or silicone bar moulds for ~24 hours — berries can be frozen as-is, while fruits like mango and banana are best cubed first. Any mixture that you would usually freeze and then emulsify in the Thermomix to serve can instead be processed through the Soft Serve Attachment
• Thaw 2-10 minutes: let cubes sit briefly before processing - the exact timing will depend on how hard the ingredients froze. Rich ice creams typically will only need a couple of minutes, whereas coconut-based concoctions can take quite a bit longer to soften
• Use reverse, speed 3 function: always process on reverse, speed 3 for the best results
• Serve right away: soft serve is best eaten immediately
• Mix it up: go classic, healthy, or go wild — try fresh berries, sliced banana, passionfruit, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, chia, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, granola… or have some fun with sprinkles, crushed cookies, chocolate sauce, caramel drizzle and a cherry on top
