This is about as fresh a dish as you’ll find – a poke bowl with a base not of rice, but of raw broccoli! I agree raw broccoli isn’t particularly appealing, which is why I’ve grated it up with Japanese flavours, making it sweet, spicy and tangy, while also slightly pickling it. The end result is surprisingly satisfying! Perfect for anyone wanting to lower the carb or calorie count of their meal, or anyone simply wanting to eat more veggies.
