My last book included a savoury seed sprinkle that was just so popular that I couldn’t resist adapting it for sweet uses! The seeds are surprisingly satiating, adding an easy hit of protein to breakfasts and snacks alike, while the maple syrup satisfies the sweet tooth.

Makes 4 Cups

Ingredients

Coconut oil
Maple syrup
Coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds
Ground cinnamon
Fine salt
