If you like tinned beetroot slices, you’ll love this recipe! The flavours are just so much better when they’re homemade. I love keeping a stash in the fridge so I always have beetroot on hand.

Ingredients

Water
Vinegar – White, Malt or Apple cider
Raw sugar
Whole spices – Peppercorns, Mustard seeds,
Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Cloves, Bay leaf
Fine salt
Beetroots, washed and ends trimmed (large or baby)
