With a little fire and a whole lot of flavour, this dip is a crowd favourite! The roasted eggplant gives it a creamy base, while the harissa paste adds North African heat and spice. You can make your own harissa – it’s a blend of roasted red capsicum and aromatics – or you can buy a jar from the delicatessen. My recipe is in one of my
