Kombucha in the Thermomix

I am such a huge fan of kombucha – I’ve been brewing it for the last six years, and never for a day have I not had a batch on the go. Once you get your SCOBY it really is one of the easiest ferments to do at home (big tick from me!) and it’s also an easy one to incorporate into your daily routine – I love a glass as my 3 pm pickup. It also costs next to nothing to make yourself at home, which usually shocks people after they’ve seen the prices for store bought!

Raw organic sugar
Filtered water
Organic green or black tea bags
Starter liquid
SCOBY
