This tastes just like the little tubs of chocolate mousse you buy in the dairy aisle at the supermarket, but without the chocolate, dairy, eggs, gluten, gelatine, emulsifiers, stabilisers, vegetable gums, soy lecithin, artificial flavours or artificial colours! While it’s delicious warm for dessert, my favourite option is to decant it into small glass or plastic tubs with lids and store them in the fridge, pulling them out for lunchboxes throughout the week. Just like you would with the chocolate mousse from the supermarket, only this time there’s no excess packaging polluting the environment and it’s cheaper! With a well-stocked pantry you’ll always have the ingredients on hand to whip up a batch.
