Simple, satisfying and so easy even the kids could make it! Although perhaps if the kids are making it, substitute the rum for water. It really is a winning combination – bananas, rum, butter and sugar, and when paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and toasted walnuts I’m in heaven. You can have the whole recipe done in 2 hours, so pop it on as you’re pulling dinner together and sit back and relax later on.
