As strange as it sounds, one of my favourite ways to cook beef is to steam it in the thermo steaming tray. It is such a gentle and foolproof way to cook – I promise you can’t dry the meat out! By slicing it as thinly as possible, no one will notice that it’s missing the usual brown exterior. Toss with the vibrant fresh ingredients and the delicious miso-sesame-honey dressing and, in the words of Jamie – happy days!
