The name of this recipe sums it up perfectly. Created by my very talented sister Loryn, this recipe is one of our favourite dishes when entertaining as everyone is always (you guessed it) – impressed! Plus, you can make your gyros ‘meat’ days in advance and simply reheat before serving, as well as making your pita wraps and tzatziki up to 24 hours beforehand, meaning everything can be pulled out of the fridge and served in 15 minutes. If you do have a little extra time though, serve with a side of homemade baked potato chips seasoned with Alyce’s No-Chicken Chicken Salt (yum!), available exclusively at alycealexandra.com.
