This recipe is crazy versatile, opening the door to so many easy plant-based meals. I’ve used it in my Gyros recipe (p. 83) to show you one way to serve this meaty creation, however it works beautifully in any style of wrap and is also delicious in salads, tacos, burritos, burgers, loaded fries, with a side of mash or on top of pizza (p. 105).
