The whiting simply melts in your mouth while the cream sauce is rich and buttery, with just enough citrus to cut through. Whiting is one of only a handful of fillet fish that is considered a sustainable choice by the Australian Marine Conservation Society, so skip the salmon and give this dish a go – you won’t be disappointed!
