Whiting In Creamy Lemon Sauce in the Thermomix

Whiting In Creamy Lemon Sauce in the Thermomix

This dish is so impressive, yet foolproof! People often struggle cooking fish, but I promise this recipe couldn’t be simpler. The whiting simply melts in your mouth while the cream sauce is rich and buttery, with just enough citrus to cut through. Whiting is one of only a handful of fillet fish that is considered a sustainable choice by the Australian Marine Conservation Society, so skip the salmon and give this dish a go – you won’t be disappointed!
