A fun project with the kids these school holidays!? The flavour possibilities are endless… I used coconut water and snakes, but you pick your favourite! Apple juice also works really well for the liquid component 😊 Order your silicone ice cream moulds from us today and we’ll have them lovingly packed and in the post tomorrow morning, promise! 🤩
Ingredients
Lollies or fruit - snakes, jubes, sour worms, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon chunks
Liquid - fruit juice or coconut water
Method
- Prepare ice cream moulds by inserting icy pole sticks and set aside on a flat tray (the flat tray makes it easier to transfer to the freezer).
- Partially fill each mould with fruit or lollies - I used three snakes per mould.
- Top up with liquid component, filling each mould completely.
- Transfer to the freezer and freeze for 8 hours, or overnight.
- When ready to serve peel back silicone ice cream moulds and remove ice lollies - this can be seen in the above video.
Easy! Enjoy.
