Dried apricots and macadamias are chopped in the Thermomix, then everything is bound together with honey and butter and studded with dark chocolate chips, seeds and oats. Choc Chip Muesli Slice (for Thermomix)
Makes 12 · Thermomix or thermo cooker · about 30 minutes
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Place apricots and macadamias into TM bowl, chop 3 sec / speed 8. Set aside.
Without cleaning bowl add honey and butter, heat 2 min / 50°C / speed 2.
Add oats, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips and chopped apricots and macadamias, mix 1 min / reverse / speed 3.
Divide the mixture evenly between 12 Silicone Bar Moulds. Use wet hands to press the mixture down firmly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
To finish
Allow to cool completely before removing from moulds.
