Christmas pudding instructions (THERMO COOKER):
Lightly grease your pudding steamers using olive oil, then fill with your favourite Christmas pudding mixture - for our rich-and-dark pudding recipe (using all the traditional ingredients), turn to page 178 in Quick Fix in the Thermomix. For our lighter recipe, turn to page 291 in Quick Fix Every Occasion, and for our vegan Christmas puddings, you can check out the recipe here. Fill thermo bowl with 1.5L water and place pudding dishes in lower steaming tray (with lid on!). Steam for 1.5 hours, checking water often and topping up when required. Turn out your pudding and voila!

Lightly grease your pudding steamers using olive oil, then fill with your favourite Christmas pudding mixture. If you’ve got a thermo cooker, check out our recipes - for our rich-and-dark pudding recipe (using all the traditional ingredients), turn to page 178 in Quick Fix in the Thermomix. For our lighter recipe, turn to page 291 in Quick Fix Every Occasion, and for our vegan Christmas puddings, you can check out the recipe here. Fill steamers with pudding mixture, and pop the lids on. Place inslde slow cooker, and fill 1/3 full of water. Cook for 3 hours on high. Turn out your puddings and voila!
