What is included?

You get one set of the mini moulds plus 50 free wooden sticks. One pack makes four mini ice creams at a time.

How do I get the sticks in?

On first use there is a tiny bit of silicone you puncture by pushing the sticks through, which makes the moulds leak-proof. Alyce shows exactly how in this short video.

Can I make vegan ice creams, or does it need a dairy mixture?

You can set any mixture in these moulds. Cashew or coconut bases make a lovely vegan ice cream (try our Mini Vegan Pistachio Ice Creams), and pure fruit juice makes a light and fresh option (the same juice-setting idea as our 2-Ingredient Ice Lollies). A classic dairy milk and cream base works beautifully too, as do yoghurt and pureed fruit.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, the moulds are dishwasher safe, as well as non-stick and stain resistant.
