Easy Ice-Cream in the Thermomix

Easy Ice-Cream in the Thermomix

I could have included one delicious ice-cream recipe here, but why stop at just one
when there are so many amazing flavours! With my recipe as the framework, let your imagination run wild and experiment with the bounty of summer fruits available. To extend this recipe beyond summer, roughly chop and freeze fruit when it’s at its seasonal peak and tastiest – that’s usually also when it’s cheapest, so it’s an easy one. Head to your local farmers market and a quick glance of what’s plentiful will tell you what’s at its prime.
