This is the holy grail of dessert recipes – a little jar of cheesecake perfection that’s delicious, totally foolproof, takes less than 10 minutes to whip up, can be made up to 3 days in advance, is cooked and individually served in the same dish (hardly any washing up!), and is easily transportable should you be bringing dessert or packing up lunchboxes. I’ve gone with a classic vanilla cheesecake, so you can add whatever toppings your heart (stomach) desires – this is one recipe that you can make over and over again with a hundred variations, and no one would know!
